Administrative Alternatives has been in business since January 2004. Dale Williams has over 20 years of customer service management; call center management; office management; and computer networking/consulting experience.  Dale has held the following positions during his career: Operations Manager; Customer Service Manager; Call Center Manager; Lead Computer Operator; Database Administrator and Office Manager.  Dale is also a State of Florida Notary Public.
 
Janet A. Williams has over 16 years of administrative and office management experience in various industries to include: legal; real estate (eminent domain); accounting; hospitality; customer service; call center; non-profit; political; and the U.S. Government.  Janet has held the following positions during her career: Executive Assistant to the President/CEO and Partners; Office Manager; Manager of Operations, Project Coordinator; Contract Manager; Project Manager and Technical Support Manager.  Janet is a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, the International Virtual Assistants Association and the National Notary Association.  She is a State of Florida Notary Public and a Certified Notary Signing Agent.
